We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Manager Business Development (HR) to drive business growth and client acquisition for captive and group captive renewable energy projects in Haryana and nearby regions. The ideal candidate should possess solid techno-commercial expertise in the renewable energy sector, particularly in Wind, Solar, and Hybrid projects, along with in-depth knowledge of Open Access regulations and power market dynamics.

The role requires strong relationship management, strategic business development capabilities, and the ability to independently manage end-to-end customer engagement from lead generation to contract closure.

Key Roles Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and acquire potential power consumers for Group Captive PPAs and investments in Captive Wind, Solar, and Wind-Solar Hybrid projects.
- Drive business development activities for renewable energy opportunities in Haryana and surrounding markets.
- Prepare and submit responses to RFPs, RFIs, and bidding opportunities.
- Develop commercial proposals, offers, term sheets, LOIs, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project finalization and commissioning as per agreed timelines.
- Support clients and internal stakeholders in obtaining approvals and permits from various government authorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and Open Access policies, especially related to Haryana.




- Prepare periodic MIS reports and business updates for senior management.
- Travel across various cities for business development and client acquisition activities.Qualifications

Qualifications Requirements

- Bachelor s degree in engineering and/or MBA from a reputed institute.
- Advanced certifications or specialization in related fields will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 6 10 years of hands-on experience in techno-commercial B2B sales within the Wind, Solar, or Renewable Energy industry.
- Proven experience in handling renewable energy projects and key account management.

Technical Expertise

- Strong understanding of:
- Group Captive and Third-Party Sale PPAs
- Open Access regulations
- Indian Power Markets
- Wind, Solar, and Hybrid Renewable Projects

- Knowledge of Haryana Open Access regulations and state policies related to Captive and Group Captive models.
- Experience in preparing techno-commercial proposals and negotiating renewable energy

contracts.

- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in renewable energy industries, preferably Wind and Solar sectors.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
