Responsibilities:
- Handling the TL and teams.
- Lead and manage the Thane and KDMC sales operations

Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, team motivation, and performance management.
•
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across channels - online, offline, and partner networks.
•
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets aligned with organizational objectives.
•
Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team on planning, forecasting, and market expansion initiatives.
•
Identify current business opportunities, partnerships, and growth segments to strengthen the brand's market presence.
•
Monitor sales metrics, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates to ensure consistent performance and process efficiefficiency.
•
Leverage data-driven insights and CRM tools to optimize the sales funnel and customer experience.-
•
Maintain strong relationships clients to enhance brand positioning and trust.
•
Represent the company in strategic forums and industry events to drive visibility and credibility in the real estate
Required Candidate profile
- Experience with Real Estate -Sales preferably.
- Ability to work combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
