Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Financial Controller role located in Khopoli with an option for a hybrid work model. The Financial Controller is responsible for managing financial reporting, preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
The role involves conducting financial analysis, preparing budgets, and supporting strategic decision-making. The position also requires collaboration with various departments to ensure effective financial operations and cost optimization.
Qualifications
CA or equivalent certification is preferred
Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance
Comprehensive Accounting knowledge and experience
Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial tools is advantageous
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector finance is a plus
