Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Human Resources Manager at Globus, based in Khopoli. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. Responsibilities include managing payroll, implementing HR policies, fostering a positive workplace culture, handling performance evaluations,



and addressing employee concerns. The HR Manager will also work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies
- Expertise in Training, Learning & Development, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Compliance, Employment Laws, and Regulatory Standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
