Job Description - Agency Frontline Sales Role

Band- 1

CTC- Up to 3.5 lakh rupees

JOB SUMMARY:

To create network of high performing agencies and promulgate initiatives within each agency to achieve sales productivity targets through sustainable partnership with Licensed Agents and partners. Recruit, Coach, Mentor, Support and Retain qualified agents and partners and Drive them to achieve New business productivity Renewal Targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Organize and run recruitment events (BOP) for Partner and Agents.
- Identify the prospective Partners and Licensed Agents.
- Selection to onboarding of the Partners/Agents and responsible for Partners/Agents income
- Own the operational aspects of coding of a new Partner/Agent and other day to day interactions with support functions whenever required.
- Plan goals performance needs for Partners and Agents in a periodic manner
- Set weekly production target for team of agents and partners
- Identify partner/ agents development needs and work with team to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training and coaching. Develop agents in line with career development / training requirements of the Company.
- Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill. Help whenever needed in prospecting activity in the field by joint field work activity with Partners/Agents.
- Responsible for the activation and productivity of the agents and partners on business month on month.
- Motivate by providing support, recognizing good performers and arranging appropriate team-building activities.
- Operate as a product "Subject Matter Expert" and run "Train-Audit-Retrain" cycle on skills of Partners and Agents.
- Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information, address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals.
- Ensure Partners and agents work in accordance with Company standards, the regulation and ethics and maintain licensed status.
- Make necessary decisions based on agent performance.



Contact Partners and Agents who are falling short of Contract Maintenance criteria to re-activate them or arrange training.
- Host events for customers to develop current and long-term relationship and promoting the brand.
- Ensure submitting DSR through company's sales report management tool.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of all insurance products and company regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' offerings and regulatory updates

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
- Good communication skills English regional language (mandatory)
- Age group: 25-38 years
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
- Preferably has own conveyance
- Previous experience of BFSI industry is preferred
