Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who are passionate about Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring operations for a growing international organization.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Conduct initial HR screening calls

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Manage candidate communication and follow-ups





Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Support onboarding and documentation processes

Assist in posting job openings and employer branding activities

Requirements

MBA (HR), BBA (HR), Management, Humanities, or related field (Final Year Students & Fresh Graduates can apply)

Strong interest in HR and Recruitment

Excellent communication skills in English

Comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift)

Proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office

Personal laptop and stable internet connection required
