Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of community healthcare programs across assigned locations in Odisha, with a solid focus on community engagement and field coordination. The role requires regular field travel, stakeholder coordination, and effective program implementation to ensure smooth operational delivery and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and monitoring of community health programs and field activities across assigned regions.
- Coordinate with Community Health Workers (CHWs/iCHAs), local healthcare partners, volunteers, and field staff to ensure effective program execution.
- Conduct regular field visits, community outreach activities, awareness sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Assist in identifying community healthcare needs through field interactions and support appropriate interventions.
- Facilitate health awareness programs focused on, preventive healthcare, and patient engagement.
- Ensure timely patient follow-ups, referrals, and coordination with healthcare facilities as per project protocols.
- Maintain and update accurate field reports, operational records,



and program data for internal tracking and reporting purposes.
- Share regular field insights, challenges, updates, and observations with the central operations team.
- Support documentation, reporting, audit preparation, and other operational tasks related to project activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, reporting standards, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Prior experience in public health projects, NGO operations, healthcare programs, or field coordination will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Odia, Hindi, and basic English.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage field operations independently.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Odisha.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and community engagement abilities.
