Role Description

The Hospital Marketing Manager is a full time, in office role based in Bargarh, Odisha. The role involves planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to enhance the hospital's brand visibility and patient engagement. Responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional advertising initiatives,

fostering community relationships, overseeing patient outreach programs, and analyzing marketing performance to drive continuous improvement. The Hospital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in highlighting the hospital's values and services while aligning efforts with the institution's overall goals.

Qualifications
Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Branding
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and SEO strategies
Strong skills in Communication, Event Coordination, and Community Outreach
Analytical capabilities for Market Research, Data Interpretation, and Campaign Analytics
Experience in Healthcare Marketing or a related industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects effectively
