SECTION I: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

The Team Member – Finance & Accounts is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting and audit processes. The role ensures accurate record keeping, timely processing of transactions and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

SECTION II: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Financial / Functional perspective

? Ensure accurate booking of transactions and vouchers
? Support cost control and budget adherence
? Assist in cash flow monitoring and working capital management
? Reduce errors and rework through timely reconciliations

Customer Perspective

? Provide timely financial data to internal stakeholders
? Support audit and compliance requirements
? Coordinate with banks, vendors and statutory authorities




? Build confidence through accuracy and responsiveness

Internal Process Perspective

? Maintain books of accounts and general ledger
? Process accounts payable and receivable
? Support GST, TDS and other statutory filings
? Prepare bank reconciliations and control accounts
? Assist in monthly and quarterly closing of accounts
? Support internal and statutory audits
? Maintain accounting records and documentation

Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective

? Build accounting and compliance knowledge
? Learn ERP and financial systems
? Improve analytical and reporting skills
? Participate in training and process improvement initiatives
