About Us
GHP Group is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing / Planning Engineer to join our team for Residential & Commercial Projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project billing, quantity surveying, BOQ management, and contractor/client billing coordination.
Job Highlights:
- Qualification: B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 3–10 Years
- Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure
- Candidates from Mumbai preferred
- Salary: Negotiable / As per experience & market standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage client as well as subcontractor billing
- Verify contractor bills and ensure timely billing submissions
- Prepare RA bills, final bills, and measurement sheets
- Verify quantities and measurements from drawings and site execution
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients for billing activities
- Monitor project costs and ensure billing aligns with project progress
- Maintain billing documentation, approvals, and work records
- Follow up for timely payment collection from clients
- Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and audit requirements
- Update BOQ, rate analysis, and billing records as per project needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in billing & quantity surveying for construction/real estate projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, contract terms, and billing schedules
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
