We are looking for highly driven, aggressive sales professionals to join a leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai. This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role focused on sourcing & closing high-value residential deals.

Role Overview

End-to-end responsibility for direct & channel (CP) sales (both role as per requirement)

Drive site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures

Handle premium residential inventory (₹2 Cr+ ticket size preferred)

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and direct clients both

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Developer or Mandate firms only)

Solid exposure to closing deals (not just pre-sales or sourcing)

Comfortable handling both direct and indirect sales channels

Candidates from ICP/CP firms or only Pre-Sales background are not preferred

Proven track record in high-value transactions (₹2 Cr+ preferred)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Aggressive, target-oriented mindset with a hunger to earn incentives

Compensation

CTC: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA + Attractive Incentives

To manage and oversee procurement activities by sourcing quality materials and services at competitive prices, ensuring timely availability, cost efficiency, and smooth supply chain operations for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent supply and quality.
- Compare and analyze quotations to finalize decisions.

2. Purchase Planning & Execution





- Plan and execute purchase orders based on requirements from various departments.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores/operations to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery as per agreed timelines.

3. Cost Control & Budget Management

- Optimize procurement costs without compromising quality.
- Monitor and control purchase budgets.
- Prepare cost analysis and reports for management review.

4. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and payment documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts for timely vendor payments.

5. Coordination & Communication

- Work closely with internal departments for requirement planning.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth material flow.
- Resolve vendor-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, or discrepancies.

Skills & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Commerce/Management).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in purchase/procurement role.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Candidates located near Powai, Mumbai will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
