Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Clinical Psychologist based in Thodupuzha. The Clinical Psychologist will provide counseling services, administer psychological evaluations and tests, and address mental health concerns. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing therapeutic plans, and offering clinical supervision when required.



The role also involves working closely with individuals to promote mental well-being and resilience within the farming community.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology
Experience in Mental Health care and providing therapeutic interventions
Proficiency in Psychological Testing and administering assessments
Skills in Clinical Supervision and training others in psychological practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work empathetically with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Master's or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
Previous experience in a similar role or working with rural communities is a plus
