Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Manager role based in Thodupuzha.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and support business objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing and editing posts, coordinating visuals with designers, and ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging. The role involves monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on insights.

The Social Media

Manager will collaborate closely with the strategy, design,



and client teams to align social media initiatives with broader digital campaigns.

Qualifications
Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including creating engaging, on-brand copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with online communities.
Experience using social media analytics tools to measure performance, generate insights, and optimize content.
Familiarity with basic design principles and coordination with creative teams; experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a quick-paced studio setting.
Relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or related fields; a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a similar discipline is beneficial.
Interest in digital experiences, branding, and experimentation with new formats, trends, and platform features.
