Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist based in Vadodara. The E-commerce Specialist will oversee day-to-day operations of the online store, including managing product listings, inventory updates, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves analyzing sales data and market trends, implementing strategies to optimize online sales, and collaborating with teams to drive customer engagement.





Additional responsibilities include coordinating with customer service for issue resolution and maintaining communication with stakeholders to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications
Proficiency in E-commerce platforms and experience in online store management
Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to analyze market trends and sales data
Customer Service and Communication skills to support customer satisfaction and stakeholder interactions
Sales experience with a focus on driving revenue growth through innovative strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a quick-paced startup workplace
Should have experience in procurement and supply chain management
Connections and Contacts in Organic Farming & Imported Product Sourcing.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field.
