Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Customer Service Associate (CSA). The CSA will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by managing customer interactions via phone and other communication channels. The role includes resolving queries, addressing concerns,



ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional and courteous communication.

Additionally, the CSA will strive to meet or exceed service-level efficiency and feedback standards set by the organization.

Qualifications
Expertise in Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure an excellent customer experience
Proficient Telephone Manner coupled with strong verbal communication skills
Experience in providing excellent Customer Support and Customer Service
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively
Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and working under pressure in a quick-paced workplace
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency is advantageous
