We’re hiring a Business Development Intern (Appointment Setting)

We are looking for a proactive, smooth-talking, and persistent Appointment Setting Intern to join our growth team in Pune. Your primary mission is to bridge the gap between our business and potential clients across Pune. You won't be closing the deals—you’ll be the "door opener" who identifies prospects and schedules high-quality meetings for our senior sales team.

What you’ll do:
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct 40–50 cold calls daily to businesses in Pune and surrounding regions.
Appointment Scheduling: Successfully pitch our value proposition and fix qualified meetings/demos for the Sales Manager.
Multi-lingual Outreach: Switch effortlessly between English (for formal pitches), Marathi (for local business owners), and Hindi to build immediate rapport.
Lead Management: Maintain and update a database/CRM of prospects, ensuring no follow-up is missed.
Market Research: Identify recent business segments and decision-makers in the Pune market.

What we’re looking for:
Language Fluency:



Must be highly proficient in English and Marathi. Ability to speak Hindi is a significant advantage.
Confidence: You aren’t afraid of "No." You have the "gift of gab" and can handle objections gracefully.
Location: Ability to commute daily to our office in Kharadi, Pune.
Education: Final year students or recent graduates (BBA, B.Com, MBA, etc.) looking for hands-on sales experience.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.

Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
