They offer comprehensive services, making them a trusted name in the construction industry.Role SummaryThe Sr/Jr Engineer – Civil will support and drive day-to-day civil execution at site, ensuring that RCC and related works are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and IS codes. You will play a key role in stabilizing site operations, setting up robust processes, and supporting planning, billing, and quality teams to minimize rework and control costs. This role is ideal for engineers who are solid on fundamentals, comfortable on fast-paced high-rise sites, and keen to grow in an EPC environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and sequencing of RCC and associated works during pre-construction and early execution, including work breakdown, micro-scheduling inputs, and method statements in coordination with the planning team.
- Execute day-to-day civil works (RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and basic finishing interfaces) as per approved GFC drawings, IS codes, and project specifications.
- Review structural and architectural GFC drawings, raise and track RFIs with consultants, and ensure timely resolution of technical queries to avoid site delays.
- Carry out quantity take-offs for concrete, reinforcement steel, and formwork from drawings to support planning, procurement, and billing (client and subcontractor).
- Implement and monitor construction quality checks, including cube testing, BBS verification, and checklists, and maintain all required site documentation and records.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and internal planning/procurement for material availability, resource readiness,



and adherence to safety protocols.
- Support cost control by monitoring material consumption, minimizing rework, reconciling key quantities, and providing accurate progress data to planning and billing teams.

Essential requirements

- 2-6 years of site-based experience in civil execution for residential high-rise (minimum G+10) projects
