Ivy Crescent Public School is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Admin Head – Marketing & HR. The candidate will be responsible for managing school administration, marketing activities, admissions coordination, and HR operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the school
- Lead admission counselling and marketing activities
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, staff coordination, and employee records
- Develop strategies for student admissions and brand promotion
- Coordinate with management, staff, parents, and external agencies
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth office functioning
- Supervise front office and administrative staff
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Management, HR, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of administration and HR processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting work
