Compensation & Perks

Competitive Salary: INR 22,000 – 30,000 per month + On-site accommodation and meals provided + Earn an additional 50% share of revenue from all personal training and private coaching sessions (upto 2 lakh an year).

INR 40,000 per month without share in Personal Trainings

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Swim Coach to join our team at the Infinitea Sports Club. As a steward of our premium sporting facilities, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swimming instruction to members and guests, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and water hygiene in our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Coaching: Design and lead swimming programs for all skill levels, ensuring proficiency in all primary swimming strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly).

Facility Management:



Maintain rigorous standards for water quality, including the correct handling and monitoring of pool chemicals to ensure a safe and pristine swimming workplace.

Provide personalized coaching sessions to enhance member experience, fostering a supportive and professional atmosphere consistent with the Infinitea brand.

Safety Oversight: Enforce all pool safety protocols and maintain constant vigilance to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all swimmers.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience as a swimming instructor or coach of atleast 3 years

Comprehensive knowledge of competitive and recreational swimming techniques.

Technical expertise in pool maintenance, including chemical balancing and water filtration management.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor suitable for a luxury resort environment.

Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Swim Instructor role based in Palampur at Infinitea Sports Club & Tea Garden Resort.



The Swim Instructor will conduct individual and group swim lessons for guests and members of all ages and skill levels, focusing on water safety, stroke development, and confidence building. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lesson plans, demonstrating proper swimming techniques, and providing clear, encouraging feedback. The role also involves monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, assisting with lifeguarding duties as needed, and responding appropriately to emergencies. The Swim Instructor will help maintain a clean, safe pool environment and may support resort sports activities, events, and guest engagement related to aquatics.

Qualifications

- Strong Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons experience, with the ability to teach various age groups and skill levels.
- Proficient Swimming and Aquatics skills, including knowledge of different strokes, water safety, and pool etiquette.
- Valid Lifeguarding certification (or willingness to obtain), with current CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
- Ability to supervise pool areas, identify risks quickly, and respond effectively in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills to work with children, adults, and diverse guests.
- Previous experience in a resort, club, or sports facility setting is an advantage.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on resort operations.
