With our powerful suite, including Frono ERP and the f-catalog digital sharing platform, we equip business owners with the tools to operate like modern corporate CEOs. As we aggressively scale our footprint across Gujarat, we are building an elite frontline sales team in Surat to lead the charge.
## Role Overview
We are looking for high-energy, consultative sales professionals (BDEs and BDMs) who love being on the ground, meeting business owners face-to-face, and solving real operational bottlenecks.
You won't just be selling software; you will act as a Digital Transformation Consultant to Surat's massive textile and apparel ecosystem. If you have previously sold Tally, traditional accounting software, or legacy ERPs and feel restricted by rigid corporate structures or slow product upgrades—this is your launchpad.
## Key Responsibilities
- On-the-Ground Lead Generation: Mapping and visiting textile markets, manufacturing units, and wholesale hubs across Surat to identify potential clients.
- Consultative Pitching & Demos: Conducting live, high-impact product demonstrations of Frono ERP and f-catalog on tablets/mobile devices directly to business owners and decision-makers.
- Overcoming Resistance: Confidently handling objections from traditional traders transitioning from manual methods (or legacy desktop apps) to contemporary cloud technology.
- End-to-End Account Closure:
Managing the sales cycle from cold sourcing and product positioning to negotiation, commercial closing, and achieving a minimum baseline target of ₹1,00,000+ monthly revenue.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong post-sales relationships to drive client satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and high annual subscription renewals.
## What We Are Looking For
- Relevant Experience: 1–5 years of proven track record in B2B field sales, corporate gifts, or software sales. Direct experience in the Tally partner ecosystem, Busy, tech-startups, or regional legacy ERPs is highly preferred.
- Local Hub & Language Mastery: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Deep structural familiarity with Surat’s textile markets (e.g., Ring Road, Saroli) is a distinct advantage.
- The "Consultant" Mindset: Ability to understand a manufacturer’s pain points (production tracking, inventory leakage, order errors) and map them directly to our software's capabilities.
- Tech-Savvy Nature: Comfortable utilizing modern digital tools, CRM tracking apps, and showcasing fluid, high-resolution software interfaces seamlessly to clients.
- High Hustle & Ownership: A self-starter who thrives on the field, loves meeting new people daily, and is motivated by uncapped financial growth.
