Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Barista role located in Surat. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and presenting beverages, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparations, and providing excellent service. They will interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, manage day-to-day tasks,
and uphold the high standards of The Amore Surat's hospitality and experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with Barista skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety protocols
- A passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage
- Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends
