Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to expand our market presence, generate recent business opportunities, and establish strong distributor networks in the medical equipment and laboratory products segment.

This is a field-based role, requiring regular client visits, meetings, and market development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit hospitals, laboratories, dealers, and distributors in the assigned area
Generate current leads and convert them into business
Appoint new distributors and manage existing ones
Promote and sell medical equipment and lab consumable products
Conduct product presentations and explain product benefits
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain robust relationships with clients
Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Requirements:




Minimum 1–3 years experience in medical equipment / lab products / pharma sales (preferred)
Candidates from general field sales background may also apply
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across Haryana, Delhi NCR & Chandigarh
Basic understanding of sales process and client handling
Must be proactive and target-driven

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Important Note:
This is a field job, not an office-based role. Candidates must be comfortable with traveling and client meetings.

Candidates with solid sales mindset and ability to close deals will be preferred.
