Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for handling customer payments, maintaining daily cash records, preparing receipts, coordinating with sales and accounts teams, and ensuring accurate financial transactions at the showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive cash, cheque, UPI, card, and online payments from customers.
- Generate receipts/invoices for vehicle sales, service, spare parts, and accessories.
- Maintain daily cash book and transaction records.
- Verify billing details before accepting payments.
- Deposit daily cash collections as per company policy.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Reconcile cash, card, and bank transactions at the end of the day.
- Coordinate with Accounts department for payment entries and reports.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and receipts.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, payment slips, and financial documents.
- Ensure compliance with company cash handling procedures.

Required Skills:





- Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge.
- Valuable knowledge of billing software / MS Excel.
- Accuracy in calculations and record keeping.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Qualification:

- Graduate / Commerce background preferred.
- 1–2 years experience in cashier/accounts role (automobile showroom preferred).
- Computer knowledge required.

Working Conditions:

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: 2 Sundays Full Off & 2 Sundays Half Day (as per company policy)

Reporting To:

- Accounts Manager / Showroom Manager

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
