Job Title: Campus Hiring Executive / Campus Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Campus Hiring Executive to manage Diploma and ITI campus recruitment activities across Tamil Nadu. The candidate should have strong networking skills and maintain good rapport with Placement Officers, Training & Placement Heads, and Institutional Coordinators across ITI and

Polytechnic colleges.

The role involves coordinating campus drives, mobilizing candidates, maintaining institute relationships, and ensuring successful recruitment closures for manufacturing and engineering requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Placement Officers across ITI and Polytechnic colleges in Tamil Nadu.
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives for Diploma and ITI candidates.
- Schedule interviews, job fairs, and campus engagement activities.
- Handle candidate mobilization and interview coordination.
- Maintain database of colleges, placement contacts, and hiring records.
- Conduct presentations and explain company opportunities to students.
- Coordinate with internal HR and operations teams for manpower planning.
- Ensure maximum candidate turnout for campus drives.




- Travel across Tamil Nadu for campus recruitment activities.
- Generate regular reports on campus hiring status and closures.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred

Experience:

- 1 to 5 years in campus hiring / recruitment coordination
- Experience in manufacturing hiring is preferred

Required Skills

- Solid rapport with Placement Officers across Tamil Nadu
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Good networking and coordination abilities
- Experience in handling mass hiring drives
- Knowledge of ITI and Diploma institutions in Tamil Nadu
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good MS Excel and reporting skills
