Job Summary The Tender Coordination Executive will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of tenders. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, documentation knowledge, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and monitor tender portals, government websites, and private sector opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and submission requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and legal documents.
- Prepare tender submissions, quotations, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure tenders are submitted before deadlines without errors.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, and follow-ups.




- Communicate with clients regarding clarifications, amendments, and updates.
- Prepare MIS reports related to tender status and performance.
- Support contract finalization after tender award.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in tender coordination / procurement / documentation.
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal, e-tendering, and government tender processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email drafting.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, construction, or service industry tenders.
- Knowledge of quotation costing and vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
