About the Role:
The Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) is seeking an impact-driven Senior People Experience (PEX) Partner to join our People Experience Centre of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end initiatives that enhance the employee experience at the BPC.
As the Senior PEX Partner for the Capability, Performance & Careers stream, you will lead the design and ongoing stewardship of how capability is built, performance is enabled, and careers are experienced across the BPC. You will develop integrated, future-focused frameworks that strengthen leadership, learning, talent, succession, and team effectiveness-ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and priorities.
What we are looking for:
- Deep understanding of contemporary People Experience methodologies, with demonstrated experience designing and delivering integrated solutions across multiple HR disciplines, including learning, performance, leadership, culture, talent, and employee experience.
- Strong coaching, facilitation and presentation skills, with experience designing and delivering engaging in-person and virtual sessions for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering initiatives at pace, with strong project management capability.
- Skilled in working cross-functionally and influencing outcomes through trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Solid use of data, insights, and feedback to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in people practices and outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related field are desirable.
- Accreditation in psychometric tools such as the Saville Wave,
LEA 360, Gallup Strengths, HBDI would be highly regarded.
