About Us

Melhor Group is a fast-growing luxury real estate development company based in Anjuna, North Goa. We are known for our bold design approach, superior finishing, and disciplined execution. With four ongoing landmark projects under construction, we are actively looking for a Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years experience in real estate execution to join our team and take charge on-ground.

Current Projects Under Execution

1.Melhor (120 units): Delivery planned in the next 34 months. Fast-track finishing coordination is underway.

2.Hotel Project (120 keys): Construction expected to begin post-rainy season. Planning and coordination to commence during monsoon.

3.Mistura (6 luxury villas): Structure work is partially completed, with execution ongoing.

4.Mirante The Landmark of Anjuna: One of the largest projects in North Goa, featuring luxury apartments and commercial units. Basement and structure work currently in progress.

Role: Project Manager Execution

Location: On-site, Anjuna, North Goa

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in civil site execution (Real Estate/Residential/Commercial)

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Budgeting:

Submit complete BOQ and project schedule within 30 days of joining

Provide monthly budgets 30 days in advance consistently

Forecast and plan execution and material in advance, including RMC coordination (a key bottleneck in Goa)

Execution & Oversight:

Execute all works through labor contractors,



with tight supervision and cost control

Maintain aggressive timelines without compromising on quality

Supervise works across all four projects, according to the priority of each site

Manpower Planning

Submit a detailed manpower plan within the first month

Coordinate daily site work, labor teams, and work fronts proactively

Consultant Coordination

Liaise with architects, MEP consultants, structural designers for timely drawings and site decisions

Keep drawings organized, structured, and version-controlled

Proactive Site Leadership

Ensure immediate response to any on-site issue or escalation

No delay, no excusessite ownership and accountability are non-negotiable

Time flexibility requiredyou must match the sites energy and urgency

Required Skills

Strong command of BOQ, project planning, cost tracking, bar charts, billing & labor management

Excellent site knowledge of RCC, finishing, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, and civil detailing

Prior experience in coordinating large-scale projects with multiple teams and consultants

Hands-on with Excel, MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD (basic), WhatsApp reporting tools

Prior experience in Goa real estate or hospitality projects is a plus

Key Note on Accommodation: We do not provide company accommodation. However, we offer a 7-day support window for candidates relocating to North Goa, during which we help with local arrangements.
