✨ We’re Hiring: Property Operations Executive – Luxury Villas (Short-Term Rentals) ✨

Location: North Goa (on-ground role)

Rainforest is looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Property Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of assigned luxury villas in North Goa. This is a guest-facing role that requires strong operational control, team coordination, and a commitment to delivering seamless guest experiences.

Role Overview:

The Property Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end villa operations, including guest handling, housekeeping supervision, maintenance coordination, and vendor management. The role involves direct interaction with guests, staff, and service providers to ensure smooth operations and high service standards across all properties.

Key responsibilities:

Villa Operations & Maintenance

- Oversee daily operations of assigned villas
- Ensure villas are fully prepared for guest arrivals
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep
- Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and functionality

Guest Experience Management

- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Act as the primary point of contact during guest stays
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure quick resolution of issues to maintain high satisfaction





Housekeeping & Staff Supervision

- Supervise housekeeping teams to maintain presentation standards
- Manage on-ground staff including housekeeping and support teams
- Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing

Vendor & Service Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and operational needs
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely service delivery
- Follow up on pending tasks and escalate recurring issues

Escalation & Issue Management

- Handle operational and guest-related escalations
- Resolve issues efficiently with minimal guest disruption
- Coordinate with internal teams and management when required

Administration & Reporting

- Maintain records including inventories, maintenance logs, and attendance
- Share regular updates on villa condition and guest feedback
- Ensure adherence to operational processes and standards

Key Skills we're looking for:

- 0–2 years experience in hospitality, operations, or villa management (freshers can apply)
- Solid communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple villas and tasks simultaneously
- Must be based in Goa and available for on-ground work
