Shift 2 Weeks Night Shift in a Month

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities in the coke oven plant
- Ensure smooth production operations and target achievement
- Monitor production quality, safety, and operational efficiency
- Handle manpower planning and shift management
- Maintain production records and daily reports
- Coordinate with maintenance and operational teams
- Ensure proper use of machinery and equipment
- Follow company safety standards and production procedures
- Reduce downtime and improve productivity
- Handle shop floor issues and workforce coordination

Required Skills & Experience
- Mandatory experience in Coke Oven Production
- Strong knowledge of production processes and plant operations




- Experience in handling production teams and shift operations
- Knowledge of safety procedures and industrial operations
- Positive leadership and coordination skills
- Ability to work in night shifts

Preferred Candidate
- Candidate must have 8–10 years of production experience
- Diploma holders in Mechanical / Production / Electrical Engineering preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Physically fit and capable of handling plant operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
