JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Purpose

To achieve Debt Management Services targets of the Respective Branch assigned, ensuring meeting PI Targets. Continuously monitoring Debt Management Services agencies and in-house collectors to identify fraudulent practices and ensure that no loss is incurred due to such activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
- Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Case to case tracking.
- Resolution at per AOP within agreed timelines.
- Portfolio Management.
- Debt Collection Strategy.
- Target Achievement.
