- Plan, manage, and execute offline marketing campaigns across:
- Print (newspapers, magazines)
- Outdoor (hoardings, banners, site branding, office branding)
- Events (property expos, in office events, channel partner meets, project Launch events)
- All ATL/BTL activations.
- Extensive knowledge of outdoor sites, vendor, and costing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute campaigns on time and within budget
- Event coordination with internal team and agencies
- Development of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, standees, pricelist, presentation, and other marketing materials)
- Coordination of creative agency and tracking of the job allocated.
- Coordination for project photoshoot, and videography
Vendor & Media Management
- Negotiate with media agencies, printing vendors, and event partners
- Ensure timely execution of creatives, printing and mounting
- Should have fair knowledge of Marketing Materials and must have coordinated printing jobs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offline, ATL/BTL marketing in real estate.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
