Partnership Sales Representative

Noida, NCR

About the Role

We are building a network of factory recording partners across the Noida region and need a high-energy sales professional to make it happen on the ground. You will visit factories daily, pitch our video recording partnership program, and sign them up as official partners.

What You'll Do

- Visit 10–15 factories per day across Noida and surrounding industrial areas
- Pitch our video recording partnership program to factory owners, plant managers, and operations leads
- Recruit and onboard factories as recording partners — collect agreements and hand off to our production team
- Plan your own daily routes across industrial zones (Sector 63, 65, 80, NSEZ, Greater Noida) to maximise visits
- Report daily visits, leads, and sign-ups to your manager every evening

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in field sales, direct sales, or on-ground business development
- Confident and persuasive — comfortable walking into factories cold and starting conversations
- High stamina and self-motivation — this is a physically active, on-the-road role every day
- Good local knowledge of Noida and NCR industrial zones
- Fluent in Hindi; basic English a plus
- Own a two-wheeler or have reliable daily transport

Nice to Have

- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales
- Familiarity with video production or media partnerships
- Basic CRM skills — logging visits and updating contact records
