Summary: This role of Junior Developer – BMC Helix Platform is focused on enhancing IT service management through the development, configuration, and maintenance of workflows on the BMC Helix platform, contributing to global IT operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle incidents and service requests in BMC Helix following ITIL processes.
- Assist in the development and configuration of business workflows on the BMC Helix Platform.
- Translate business and IT service requirements into platform configurations.
- Collaborate with Senior Developers and GCC teams on development tasks.
- Document configurations, workflows, and technical changes.
- Build knowledge of the BMC Helix platform and seek guidance from senior team members.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with BMC Helix platform.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Basic programming skills.
