Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introducing products or services, and clearly explaining value propositions.

The Telesales

Executive will qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools or internal systems. Daily responsibilities include answering customer questions, resolving basic concerns, and directing complex issues to the appropriate team members.



The role also requires meeting or exceeding call targets, sales goals, and conversion metrics while maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes. Collaboration with the sales and customer support teams to refine pitches, share feedback from customers, and suggest process improvements is also expected.

Qualifications

- Robust communication skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Customer-facing capabilities such as customer service and customer support, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Sales-oriented skills including telesales, lead generation, and basic negotiation to convert prospects into customers.
- Ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and work toward daily and monthly targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call-tracking tools are preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments is an advantage but not always mandatory.
- Comfort working on-site in the Pune Division and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree in any discipline is a plus.
- Location: Baner, Pune
- Salary: 15000 to 20000
