We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Associate to support daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and software within the organization. The candidate will provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT infrastructure efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network systems.

Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software applications.

Troubleshoot system, network, and email-related issues.

Monitor IT assets and maintain inventory records. Support internet, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and telecommunication systems.

Ensure data security, backup, and antivirus updates.





Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance and service requirements.

Assist employees with system access and IT-related queries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and operating systems.

Positive troubleshooting and communication skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle technical issues promptly.

Prior hotel industry experience is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,849.69 per month
