Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance in guest rooms public areas and back-of-house areas to ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical plumbing mechanical and HVAC systems The role contributes to maintaining the safety comfort and quality standards of Gokulam Grand Turtle on the Beach Kovalam Key Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance checks and repair work for electrical plumbing mechanical and HVAC systems Attend guest room maintenance requests promptly and efficiently Assist in preventive maintenance programs for all areas of the property Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely Report major repair and maintenance needs to the Engineering Supervisor or Chief Engineer Maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance workshop and back areas Support other departments with technical assistance when required Follow all safety procedures and wear protective equipment as necessary Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and completed work Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions Qualifications Skills ITI Diploma in Electrical Mechanical or Plumbing trade preferred 1-5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a 4 5-star hotel or resort Sound knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical plumbing and AC systems Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks Positive communication and teamwork skills Benefits Food and accommodation provided Attractive salary based on experience Professional growth opportunities within the Gokulam Hotels Group How to Apply Send your updated CV to hrd kovalam gokulamhotels com or WhatsApp (phone hidden) with the subject line Maintenance Technician Application - Your Name Job Type Permanent Pay 15 500 00 - 19 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
