Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End HR Operations

- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment pipeline for dealership-specific roles, including Sales Executives, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Customer Relations staff, utilizing specialized job portals and local networks.

- Onboarding &
- Lifecycle:

Facilitate comprehensive induction programs that align new hires with corporate values and Toyota’s customer-first philosophy. Manage entire employee lifecycles from documentation to exit interviews.

- Attendance &

- Payroll Support:

Oversee daily attendance, leave tracking, and shift rosters for showroom and workshop teams via the HRMS platform, ensuring accurate data provisioning for monthly payroll processing.

- Performance Management: Assist departmental heads in implementing quarterly performance appraisal systems, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and driving incentive-linked performance models.

1. Statutory Compliance &
- Labor Relations

- Legal Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to local labor laws, Shops and Commercial Establishments Acts, PF, ESI, and minimum wage regulations.

- Apprenticeship Schemes: Manage and track government-backed training initiatives,



monitoring contract periods, completions, and compliance frameworks.

- Grievance Redressal: Act as the primary point of contact for employee issues, fostering a transparent, team-oriented, and fair work culture across all technical and non-technical teams.

1. General Administration &
- Facility Management

- Facility Oversight: Supervise the general maintenance, cleanliness, and security of both showroom floors and service bays to reflect premium brand standards.

- Vendor &
- Asset Management:

Coordinate with external vendors for housekeeping, security, printing, and utility maintenance. Oversee annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and process administrative invoices.

- Liaisoning: Represent the dealership in interactions with local government bodies, electricity boards, water authorities, and labor departments for necessary renewals and licensing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
