Hostel Warden (Male & Female) – Ivy Group of Schools

Locations: Shimla & Palampur, Himachal Pradesh

Ivy International School Shimla and Ivy Crescent Public School are hiring disciplined and responsible Male & Female Hostel Wardens for hostel management at our Shimla and Palampur campuses. Preference will be given to candidates from a Defence background / Ex-Servicemen with strong leadership and student management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage hostel operations efficiently
- Ensure student discipline, safety, and well-being in the hostel
- Maintain hostel records, attendance, and daily reporting
- Coordinate with school administration and parents when required
- Monitor cleanliness, security, and hostel facilities
- Handle emergency situations responsibly and maintain proper discipline
- Support students in maintaining a positive hostel environment

Eligibility Criteria




- Defence personnel / Ex-Servicemen preferred
- Experience in hostel administration or student management will be an advantage
- Solid disciplinary and leadership skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Candidates must be responsible, punctual, and dedicated
