Salary Structure CTC - 25152 Gross - 22522 In hand - 20374+TA+Incentives Location :
- Thodupuzha Eligibility Criteria · Minimum 12th pass · Fluent in Hindi, English, and local language · At least 1 year of marketing/sales experience, preferably in: o Transport or Automobile industry o FMCG/Consumer goods direct sales o Credit/Debit card sales o Transport companies/transporters · Age between 24–50 years (relaxation possible in special cases by Indian Oil Corporation Limited) · Must own a 2-wheeler for field visits · Police verification mandatory What is a Fleet Card (Petro Card)? The IOCL XTRAPOWER Fleet Card is a fuel management and loyalty card offered by Indian Oil Corporation Limited for commercial vehicle owners and fleet operators. It is mainly designed for transporters, logistics companies, bus operators, truck owners, and fleet managers to manage fuel purchases efficiently across IOCL petrol pumps. XTRAPOWER Fleet Card is a cashless fuel payment card that helps businesses: · Buy fuel on credit or prepaid basis · Track vehicle-wise fuel consumption · Control fuel expenses · Earn reward points Key Features 1 Cashless & Credit Facility · Enables fuel purchase without cash. · Credit option available (subject to approval). 2.

Management · Monitor fuel usage vehicle-wise.

Lead Generation · Identify and map potential transport/fleet customers in assigned area. · Collect customer details (fleet size, fuel usage, routes, payment mode, etc.). · Create and share weekly lead/visit plans. · Record customer interactions in company-provided web/app system. 2.
Customer
Enrolment · Enroll new customers under the XTRAPOWER Fleet Card Program . · Explain benefits and position the loyalty program as a solution for fuel management. 3.
Customer
Activation · Assist customers after card issuance until activation. · Follow up to increase fuel usage through the XTRAPOWER program. · Visit transport hubs and conduct awareness activities (Customer/Driver Melas). 4.
Customer
Servicing · Update customers about new features, offers, and campaigns. · Track and resolve customer issues. · Submit monthly reports and attend official meetings.

Perks · Monthly incentive up to 60% of salary (based on performance parameters) · Travel allowance: ₹150 per working day (Sundays/Festival holidays/ Leaves will not be paid) · Communication/Internet allowance: ₹600 per month will be reimbursed.
