Job Title: Customer Relations Executive

Location: Kannur, Kerala

Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent support, timely communication, and effective issue resolution. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a qualified attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails communication.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams when required.




- Maintain customer records and update reports regularly.
- Ensure professional and positive communication with clients at all times.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Freshers can also apply.

Preferred:

- Candidates from Kannur or nearby locations.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
