Job Title Sales Manager Head Location Kannur Department Sales Reporting To CEO Role Overview The Sales Manager will lead the sales operations of the upcoming Electric Vehicle dealership in Kannur The role focuses on building a strong team driving retail performance developing customer relationships and establishing the brand presence in the market from day one Key Responsibilities 1 Sales Performance Target Achievement Plan and execute monthly and annual sales targets for EV models Monitor daily retail performance and take corrective actions when needed Build a solid prospect pipeline and ensure timely follow-up 2 Team Leadership Recruit train and guide the sales team for new EV products Conduct regular performance reviews and support team members with field coaching Ensure the team follows the sales process customer handling standards and documentation accuracy 3 Market Development Develop local market strategies to promote the EV brand in Kannur and nearby regions Handle corporate fleet and institutional sales to improve volume Track competitor activity and market trends and report insights to management 4 Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives a smooth and transparent buying experience Manage escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution Work closely with the service team for seamless delivery handover and after-sales coordination 5 Digital Lead Management Oversee digital inquiries social media leads and CRM follow-ups Ensure quick response time and conversion of online leads to showroom visits Promote EV-specific awareness campaigns and test drive events 6 Operational Excellence Maintain showroom discipline vehicle display standards and demo fleet readiness Coordinate with OEM for stock allocation product updates training and branding activities Review MIS reports sales dashboards and submit timely updates to management Qualifications Skills Graduation in any discipline MBA preferred 5 years of experience in automobile sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role EV brand experience is an added advantage Strong communication negotiation and customer-handling skills Good understanding of electric vehicle features charging solutions and EV market trends Ability to lead a team and deliver consistent results Key Attributes Target-driven and self-motivated Pleasant personality with good leadership qualities Strong market awareness Customer-focused mindset Integrity and accountability in operations Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Work Location In person
