Customer Support Executive

Location: Gondia

Position: Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 CTC / ₹12,000 In-Hand

Qualification: Any Graduate

Requirement: Own Bike Mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with technicians regarding service and customer requirements

Handle customer queries and provide timely support

Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and updates

Resolve customer-related issues professionally and efficiently

Maintain proper communication between customers and internal departments

Ensure smooth service operations and customer satisfaction

Follow up with clients regarding pending work and feedback

Candidate Requirements:

Fresher can apply

Good communication and coordination skills required

Basic knowledge of customer handling and reporting

Responsible, polite, and team-oriented personality

Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler
