About SKCCR

SKCCR is a homeopathy clinic with over 40 years of experience, located in Panampilly Nagar, Kochi. We specialise in treating patients with cancer, PCOD, thyroid disorders, and other chronic conditions. We run active patient acquisition campaigns on Facebook and Instagram and operate a dedicated telecalling team to convert inbound leads into clinic appointments. We are now looking for a senior team member to lead this function end to end.

Role Overview

This is a leadership role at the heart of our patient acquisition process. You will manage our CRM system, lead and train a team of telecallers, and ensure that every inbound lead is followed up efficiently and converted into a booked appointment. You will also be responsible for preparing daily and weekly performance reports for the clinic's management team.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Training

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 2–3 telecallers on a daily basis
- Train telecallers on call handling, objection management, and appointment conversion techniques
- Listen to calls, identify gaps, and conduct regular feedback sessions to improve performance
- Set daily and weekly targets for the team and track progress

CRM Management

- Own and manage the clinic's CRM system — ensure all leads are up to date, correctly assigned, and properly followed up
- Monitor lead flow from Facebook and Instagram campaigns into the CRM
- Ensure telecallers are logging every call outcome, note, and follow-up date without exception
- Identify and fix gaps in the lead pipeline — dropped leads, missed follow-ups, stalled conversations

Reporting

- Prepare and share daily end-of-day reports with the clinic management and doctor — covering leads received, calls made, appointments booked, and key observations




- Prepare weekly performance summaries — telecaller conversion rates, lead source effectiveness, and appointment trends
- Flag issues or patterns early — if conversions are dropping or a particular lead source is underperforming, you raise it before it becomes a problem

Sales Contribution

- Step in and handle high-priority or complex leads personally when needed
- Develop and refine call scripts, objection-handling guides, and WhatsApp message templates for the team
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead quality and campaign feedback

What We Are Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or a sales team lead role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment or sales conversion targets
- Experience training or mentoring a team — even informally
- Strong understanding of CRM tools — ability to learn and manage our system quickly
- Fluent in Malayalam — essential, as most patients are Kerala-based
- Analytical mindset — comfortable reading basic reports and identifying trends
- Empathetic communication style — patients are dealing with responsible health conditions and must be handled with care
- Working knowledge of English for internal reporting and communication
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or edtech sales is a strong advantage

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience
