Job Overview

WilloStays is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental and property management business. The candidate will manage teams, ensure smooth guest and owner coordination, monitor bookings and property performance, and handle overall office operations.

We need someone who can take ownership, solve problems independently, manage staff efficiently, and maintain skilled communication with clients and property owners.

Responsibilities
Oversee complete daily operations of the company
Manage and supervise sales, reservations, customer support, and field teams
Ensure smooth check-ins, housekeeping coordination, and guest experience
Handle escalations from guests, staff, and property owners
Monitor booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
Train and guide employees to improve performance
Create and maintain operational systems and SOPs
Coordinate with property owners and vendors
Ensure staff discipline, attendance, and productivity
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports




Improve occupancy, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Requirements
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication in English and Hindi (Tamil is an added advantage)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, vacation rentals, or property management preferred
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic knowledge of OTA platforms and PMS systems is preferred
Qualified attitude and ownership mindset
