Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payments Executive to manage and process company payments, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track incoming and outgoing payments
- Follow up with clients for pending payments and dues
- Maintain accurate payment records and documentation
- Coordinate with the accounts and finance team
- Verify invoices and ensure proper billing accuracy
- Prepare daily/weekly payment reports
- Handle client queries related to payments and transactions
- Ensure timely bank updates and reconciliation support
- Assist in improving cash flow management
Pay: ₹9,771.09 - ₹33,292.50 per month
