A Finance Executive manages an organization's financial health by overseeing daily accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. They ensure compliance with regulations, manage cash flow, and analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making. Key duties include reconciling bank accounts, handling accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial statements.

Core Responsibilities
Accounting & Operations: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including vendor payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior management.
Budgeting & Analysis: Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and budget creation to support company goals.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, tax audits) and assist in internal/external audits.
Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations for bank statements, vendors, and online payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., B.Com, M.Com, MBA) is typically required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage50, Tally)



and advanced Excel skills.
Analytical Abilities: Solid ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing financial documentation and reports.
Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accurate and timely closing of monthly books.
Effective accounts receivable collection times.
Adherence to internal tax and audit timelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
