About the Role

Hinship Services is looking for an experienced and dynamic Inventory & MNR System Manager to oversee and manage inventory operations, monitoring, reporting, Container Maintenance & Repair (MNR), and special equipment handling activities.

This role requires robust expertise in container inventory management, depot operations, logistics coordination, and operational reporting to ensure seamless shipping and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory operations across multiple locations

Monitor container movement, stock control, and system accuracy

Prepare operational MIS, reports, and management updates

Oversee Container Maintenance & Repair (MNR) activities as per shipping and operational standards

Monitor maintenance and operational condition of special units/equipment

Coordinate with depots, operations teams, vendors, and survey teams





Handle repair approvals, damage control, and container turnaround

Ensure operational compliance, reporting accuracy, and process control

Lead team handling and operational planning

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong exposure to Container Inventory Management

Knowledge of Container MNR standards and depot operations

Prior experience in shipping, NVOCC, logistics, or container operations

Good analytical, reporting, and operational coordination skills

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:

Container Operations
