About The Role

This Telecaller Job Ahmedabad opening is for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller cum Support Executive to join our support team. The selected candidate will handle customer calls, follow-ups, query resolution, and day-to-day customer communication to ensure smooth user experiences and customer satisfaction.

We are working on two mobile applications – Ahir Matrimonial and Patidar Matrimonial. The role involves connecting with users, understanding their concerns, resolving issues, and explaining how to use the applications effectively. Most of the communication will be in the Gujarati language.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding services, inquiries, and updates.
- Explain company services and application features to customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Respond to customer queries via Calls, WhatsApp, and Emails.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and support.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and guidance related to the applications.
- Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Prepare daily reports and update customer databases regularly.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and internet usage skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Gujarati language communication is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate or Undergraduate candidate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or related roles.
- Prior experience in customer communication will be preferred.
- Female candidates only.

Salary Details

- ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Salary will depend on interview performance and experience.
