Location: Odhav, Ahmedabad (Candidates residing in or near Odhav preferred)Experience Required: 3+ Years in B2B Sales Coordination / Inside Sales

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales team. The ideal candidate will act as the vital link between customers, the sales team, and management, ensuring seamless execution of the entire sales cycle from inquiry generation to order completion.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for customer relationship management. The candidate will play a critical role in improving lead conversion rates, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Customer Follow-up

- Manage incoming sales inquiries and leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Perform cold calling and lead generation activities.
- Maintain lead tracking and follow-up records.
- Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries.

Sales Coordination
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with management and internal teams for pricing approvals.
- Follow up on quotations to improve conversion rates.
- Assist in negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Track customer requirements and communicate them internally.

Order Processing & Execution
- Coordinate order confirmation and processing.
- Follow up on order status,



production schedules, and dispatch timelines.
- Ensure timely communication of delivery commitments to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.

Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Support customer retention initiatives.

Sales Events & Marketing Support
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and sales events.
- Manage customer invitations and event communication.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
- Assist in preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials.

Reporting & MIS
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer data.
- Track lead conversion ratios and sales performance metrics.
- Provide management with actionable sales insights.

Desired Skills
- Excellent English, Hindi, and Gujarati communication skills.
- Strong tele-calling and customer handling abilities.
- Qualified email drafting and correspondence skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.




- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B Sales Coordination / Inside Sales

✔ Strong experience in quotation management, customer follow-up, and order coordination

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to handle multiple customers and projects simultaneously

✔ Self-motivated and target-oriented

Location Requirement (Mandatory)

Candidates must reside in or around Odhav, Nikol, Virat Nagar, Vastral, Rabari Colony, Amraiwadi, Kathwada, Rakhial, Bapunagar, or nearby areas of Ahmedabad to ensure convenient commuting.
