Role Overview

We are hiring an International Travel Consultant (Sales & Operations) with at least 3 years of experience. The role requires a strong focus on operations and itinerary planning. The candidate will be responsible for designing customized travel itineraries, handling client requirements, coordinating bookings, and ensuring smooth execution of international travel services.

Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed and customized international travel itineraries based on client needs and budgets.
- Handle complete operations for international packages – hotels, flights, transfers, sightseeing, insurance, and visas.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and DMCs to confirm bookings.
- Prepare quotations, process bookings, and manage travel documentation.




- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and resolve queries.
- Ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales operations with attention to detail.
- Stay updated on travel guidelines, visa procedures, and destination knowledge.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in international travel operations.
- Strong expertise in itinerary planning and execution.
- Knowledge of international destinations, visa documentation, and travel processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle operations independently.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
